Designed for first-time and young-professional renters, it consolidates these into one calm, predictable interface, built around a five-step progressive disclosure repair flow, automated rent reminders, and a clear status timeline for every request. Researched against Citizens Advice, Shelter, and Generation Rent findings, and tested with a UK tenant.
